What was intended to help reduce Wildfires in Oregon
has turned into an attack on property rights.

Action Plan

  1. Send cease & desist notice, along with affidavit of Property Ownership, and request for 120 day extension in one package to the listed state and federal agency’s. These should be sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested. (You could also use “Registered Mail” )
  2. Send emails, letters, and undertake a telephone campaign to make phone calls to address this to all of the Oregon Legislature.
  3. While involved in doing the first two steps prepare appeals to be postmarked within the last few days of the original time limit. these should be sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested.
  4. Share this information to contacts, across the state hopefully to all Counties in Oregon.
